The Crown of Mary Prayer Circle:
The Annunciation

9th November 2025, 6pm UK

You are warmly invited to join us for our next Crown of Mary Prayer Circle — a sacred online gathering dedicated to deepening our connection with Mary, the Mother of Christ.

Each gathering blends reflection, teaching, and contemplative prayer, inviting us to explore the mysteries of Mary’s life, her role in Christ’s ministry, and her ongoing presence as a spiritual guide.

At the heart of our journey are the 12 Stars of Mary’s Crown — twelve sacred moments that reveal her extraordinary story and the divine light that continues to shine through her.

Our reflection this month will focus on the Second Star of Mary’s Crown — The Annunciation.

This is the moment when Mary moved from a life of prayerful devotion into a divine mission. The angel Gabriel appeared to her with a message from Heaven, revealing that she was chosen to become the Mother of Christ.

In this holy encounter, Mary was given a choice — to continue her quiet life of contemplation, or to step forward and bring something profoundly sacred into the world. And she said yes.

Gabriel’s words, “Do not be afraid,” were not about fearing the angel’s presence, but about not being afraid of her own power — of the divine potential awakening within her. This was the moment she stepped into her destiny as Theotokos, the Mother of God.

In this month’s call, we’ll also reflect on one of Mary’s many aspects — Our Lady, Undoer of Knots — the image of the Blessed Mother we can turn to when we need help untying and releasing the knots of fear, confusion, or limitation within our lives. Together we’ll invite her healing grace to bring freedom and flow where we feel bound.

This is a donation-based gathering, offered on a pay-what-you-want basis — and that can also be nothing.
